Job was to replace two sets of plumbing boot which were already brittle and damaged over time. Work well done! ?? Jagroop was easy to talk with. Came on time as agreed. Original price agreement was all materials included but I decided to purchase some of the parts myself since the old parts installed were made of plastic/rubber. New boots are made of aluminum (base). So after work was done, I asked him how much? He said $50 less since I bought some of the materials myself. Pretty honest and didn’t overcharged me or anything, so I felt good and still paid him the original price which was originally agreed upon. So good business, he’s happy… I’m happy… Good vibes! Will definitely contact him again for future roofing concerns.
