Chris his Forman Shane and crew are the best. Quick to respond with leaks when ice damning occurred this winter. Put my anxious mind at ease with how quick it was. Not worry about basement flooding and walls getting absolutely trashed. They just finished my roof in 3 days with a foot of snow still in my yard and crappy weather. Spoke with Matt on the phone, let me know when he would be able to make it to my place in Eagle River later that same week. When he stopped by, he had been up on the roof and had it inspected before I even knew he was there. Had a crew come out and make the repairs of a few missing shingles the same day. Great service. Highly recommend.
Super great service, I highly recommend them instead of one of the large companies. I had very knowledgeable people on my roof and they made me feel at ease with the process of re-roofing my house. They gave me a great a rundown of what to expect during the whole ordeal, just all around super happy. My parents had Holland roofing do their roof and what a difference in quality and ethics. Holland was very sloppy, they took lots of short cuts and wow were they loud. Signature is a way better company to use in my opinion.
I had a small leak coming in on a vaulted ceiling. I called 4 or 5 before calling signature and they were the only ones that were able to come out within the week just to look at the roof. I spoke to Chris on the phone and he seemed genuinely honest and very knowledgeable. His crew came out on friday morning to look at the roof and then came back out on sunday to do the repair (half a bundle of shingles missing from the roof). The crew was very nice and did the work fast. The fact that they came out on a Sunday and just the attitude and respect that comes out of all the people from this company has won any future roofing business I will need. If you have any roofing needs call these people up and you will not be disappointed.
