Lonestar recently helped us with getting our roof replaced. Our roof was damaged from wind and hail but the insurance was only offering partial replacement, and the Lonestar team helped us navigate that. They were able to negotiate a full replacement and got them to include our fence! These guys are a class act for sure. Another roofer helped us file a claim that got denied, I got Wes to come out, he did a thorough inspection, fought on our behalf, and got everything approved — roof, gutters, downspouts, and even a full fence stain, all paid by insurance. They removed the old gutters on Thursday, installed the roof on Friday, and had the entire job finished on Monday.The crew was professional, respectful, and left everything spotless.
