Highly recommend. We worked with Jeff for most of our concerns and he was very friendly and responsive. He made sure all of our issues from the claim were addressed. Roof looks great and they seemed to have the best warranty of all the companies we checked out. They also managed the repairs of all our structures that were damaged (fence and gutters). Would definitely choose them again for future repairs.

Quality Exteriors(QE) did a very good job from initial inspection, insurance adjuster inspection, tear-off to installation.The shingle chosen and supplied was of very good quality and even earned a discount on homeowners insurance.The entire process went very smooth, with a little confusion on verbiage between insurance company and QE, but Liv was great at going the extra mile and explaining things.I also have to mention that State Farm was very good and fare to work with through this process.
I am a realtor and my buyers needed a quick quote for a repair. Josh helped us get this together and then him and his team completed the repair for the buyers before closing. They were able to complete the repair in a day and we secured an appointment within a few days of figuring out what needed to be done. Two roofing companies came out prior to that and diagnosed the issue incorrectly. Luckily, Josh was very hands on and was able to diagnose the issue correctly and make the repair successfully.
