Buyers of my 6 year old house got an inspection from Wilson. Wilson inspection said there was water damage on the upstairs deck and the deck needed replacement. Also stated the waterproofing was inadequate. Wilson quoted $10,000 for all the repairs. Another roofing company came in and pull up the deck boards. Confirmed no water damage and no replacement necessary. Don’t know if it was the agent or Wilson looking to reduce the purchase price for the house but embarrassing that professionals are looking to make a buck. Wilson may be good but in this instance they are shysters.
Wilson Roofing did an excellent job replacing our old roof. They were timely, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was very nice to work with, and they did it all for a fair price. I highly recommend them
During a recent rain and sleet storm, water was coming in to the house where the chimney met the ceiling. I notified Wilson Roofing. Joseph came and inspected the whole roof. He recommended replacing chimney flashing and adding a chimney cricket. Ian, my service advisor, sent me an estimate which I approved. The roof repairs were completed, and it rained a few days after- no leaks. Wilson Roofing has now done a re-roof, and two repairs for me all with excellent service.

Everything from the quoting process to the replacment work and the final inspections were done professionally and thoroughly. They were respectful of the property and made sure everything was covered properly and cleanup was also very complete. You also know you are working with a great team when they don't ask for a dime until the job is complete and you are satisfied. This is my second root replacement in Austin and this was by a great experience.
