(My wife claims I over study these issues.)I spent over two months getting estimates and reading reviews before selecting Charm City to do my rowhouse roof replacement in Canton. The work was done in early November.I am absolutely delighted with the work that was done.Chris (from Sales) was extremely attentive to me throughout the process, while the work was underway and even after the work was done. Very impressive.Brayan, the job site foreman, was in constant communication with me and responsive to all of my questions.Because my home is large, the work took over 3 days. (I knew that going into it.) The team was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and very polite. The Charm City price was competitive - not the highest and not the lowest. I do beliefve you get what you pay for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wow Charm City Roofing delivered! I have a beautiful new flat roof and gorgeous new rooftop screened in porch. The work crew was fantastic doing quality work in a short amount of time. Junior and Pedro were fantastic. Mac helped make the project happen in a professional manner. Of course it took some time to get the permits from the city but that is expected. The quote was very reasonable and beat out competitors. They did what no contractor I have seen done and left my premises CLEANER than they found them! By backyard looked great after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be calling them back when I need to replace my pitched roof and garage roof and telling others to go with them.
