Over the years wear and tear took its toll on my house especially the rain storms of the last year. A leak started, so CRG walked me through filing a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company also found issues with my siding. So we ended up doing, roof, siding, windows, and downspouts. Everything was handled quickly, with minimal disruption. We were about to leave for a week, and they worked with us to get everything finished before we left. I definitely recommend them for any work that you may need done. As another benefit, we are close to a major highway, and the sound proofing and insulation have made the house quiet even during rush hours.
We called CRG through a family recommendation. We connected with Daniel Ahn and from the first moment we spoke to him we realized he knew what he was doing. Daniel helped us file our insurance claim and when we were refused for our claim, Daniel walked us through the steps to finally get our claim approved. The day of install we had a great crew! They laid large tarps over all of our bushes so they did not get damaged or dirty. The team worked quickly and at the same time carefully and safely. At the end of the day, literally as they were laying the last shingles a thunderstorm rolled in. They decided to wait out the storm and then cleaned the yard with a large magnet tool to make sure the lawn was clear of any nails and debris. Our new roof is beautiful and although the insurance process is long and at times frustrating, Daniel and CRG were continually engaged and answered all of our questions. We hope we will not have to replace our roof while we are living here, but will definitely call CRG again if needed and highly recommend all of their staff and installers.
