They matched my shingle color and got my ridge cap fixed for an affordable price same day. At the worst time of year before Christmas and New Years. Sprague roofing sent Gavin to check out my roof. I will forever be thankful for his knowledge and experience. I started with an insurance company who did not want to pay for my claim. Gavin coached me, educated me and advised me on how to deal with the insurance company and with the Montana Insurance Commission. The process took about a year and Gavin stuck with it and we now have a new roof and gutters that were entirely covered by insurance. He continually checked in over the year to make sure we were on track. Once the roofers started he stopped by numerous times to check on the crew and to see if we had questions. The crew were friendly and extremely hard working. They cleaned up their workplace before leaving for the day and when they left for lunch. I highly recommend Gavin, the roofing crew and Sprague Roofing.

From the first roof they put on our previous property 6 years ago, to the new roof they just completed on our current home, we couldn't be happier.Luke came out a few months back and did the initial inspection. Then he returned a few days later and took the pictures our insurance company was requesting because we couldn't figure out how to do it.Carrie was fantastic in helping me with the downloading and transferring of our insurance info to Sprague's computers.Phil has been awesome to work with, getting all our work lined up, keeping us informed as to what would be happening and when. He's also intervened on our behalf with the insurance company to let them know we needed other repairs as well.Phil also called and said his crew would be here on a Friday to start the roof work. They were here bright and early that day and did an excellent job.
