Unfortunately, the US Roof experience doesn’t get better from this moment.As US Roof is a paper-pushing business, no one from the company will do the work on your house; all work will be outsourced to a subcontractor. Of which, the results will be the same hit-or-miss gamble as picking a random person from Google.And if things go bad, it will be frustrating nightmare to get your house fixed as they have to get the original subcontractor to honor his work. Trying to get ahold of the company through the phone will be difficult and the employees are very keen to avoid customer support and talking to customers in general.Also, if you are slow in paying, or have a dispute, they have a lawyer on speed-dial who is very eager to file the paperwork and put a lien on your house.Always double-check your contracts and invoices for payment for accuracy; the old lady that prepares them has the computer skills of an old lady, and delusions that her business skills are sufficient to juggle complex insurance billing and multiple jobs at once.Be VERY careful when signing contracts as they are money-focused and will chase every contractual dollar through cancellation fees. For example, if you’ve hired them to do a full insurance repair of hail damage, and given them $30K to fix your roof, they will still charge you if you want to save a few bucks and paint your fence yourself. And again, if you are slow to pay or have a dispute they will put a lien on your property.There are a lot of roofing companies, many who do the work themselves, choose wisely when selecting your next solution.

US Roof and their team are very good at their job and work very well together. Our roof was a challenge but Joe got it fixed correctly and did not charge us extra. They took extra care to cover my flowers and left the premises cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend the team.
