Ian arrived prepared not only to explain the options but also to do a thorough inspection so his estimate was accurate. His approach was honest, straightforward, and never pressured.Communication was excellent before, during, and after the project. The crew showed incredible work ethic—starting at 7:30 a.m. in the dark and working until after 6:00 p.m. to make sure the roof was protected before stopping. Only a few small details had to be finished the next day.The transformation from a failing 60-year-old shake roof to a solid, clean, and updated roof is amazing.
