I like details, specs and comparison because I'm in sales, and I understand marketing.Signature was the lowest cost of 5 contractors, all of which had 250+ reviews on Google above 4.7 stars here in the valley. There was no BS on their quote, used quality material (GAF systems) and were very responsive. I chose them because my salesman, Irving was also the PM (seller/ manager), they self performed the work (in house labor) so there couldn't be finger pointing at subs or double markup with subs, and he never one threw shade on the competitors. Simply said... here's who we are, what we do and a good price. 3 days later, roof is done, coordinated hand off with gutter team they recommended, and we have a great looking roof at a fair price. Will update with gutters installed tomorrow.
11/6/2025After Signature Roofing completed a successful roof installation on our downtown high-rise condo (review below), we brought in Efrain with repair and maintenance for gutter and downspout installation, along with a clean-out of the rear roofline gutter. From the initial consultation, Efrain was professional, collaborative, and solution-oriented—especially given the unique challenges of our building.The project involved working at significant heights, requiring careful safety measures, which Efrain handled confidently and without issue. His work was timely, well-executed, and caused minimal disruption to residents. Communication was clear throughout, and the installation was both clean and secure.The gutter clean-out was especially appreciated, as it hadn’t been addressed in quite some time. Efrain also made sure the work area was left tidy, which didn’t go unnoticed.Overall, Efrain provided reliable service with a professional approach. We’re very satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend him for similar repair and maintenance projects.________9/1/2025 As the President of an HOA Board at a downtown high-rise condo building, I have nothing but praise for Signature Roofing. Our prior roof had a maintenance plan that was used intermittently at best. As a result, the aging roof had to be replaced earlier than anticipated.After much research and vendor comparison, we chose Signature Roofing to do the roof replacement. One deciding factor was their ability to be flexible with our unique logistical challenges. Other companies required rental of a very costly lift to get the materials up to the roof. Signature Roofing proposed an efficient alternative—utilizing product sizes that could be manually carried, thereby eliminating the need for costly machinery and reducing overall expenses.Throughout the project, the Signature Roofing team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Signature did a fabulous job on our home roof replacement. Irvin and his crew were kind, courteous and excellent. The job was 10,000 square feet of roofing, very steep and very complex roof design. They were super clean and not one plant was even damaged. We got 2 other bids and Signature was very competitive in their pricing. Irvin the crew manager was on the job daily and we were kept abreast constantly. They met every promise they made and exceeded the scope of work numerous times. We have owned over 30 homes and have dealt with many contractors and I must say I think they are the best we have ever dealt with.
Signature Roofing did an amazing job! Ricky was very helpful through the whole process. The crew did a great job with the install and very informative along the way. Not only did they complete the roof but they install new soffits and wood cladding on the front patio. Would highly recommend!
