They are exceptionally professional and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their roof repaired. They lay it all out in plain language so that you know what you are getting and include the worst-case scenario so that you are prepared.They have several different services available, while we only had our roof replaced and added a new vent, we're confident that anything else you need to have done will be above par as well.Thank you Dil and team.
Great experience and excellent workmanship!Real Blue Roofing came in Nov 2021 to replace our roof due to previous roof leaks (one fixed perfectly by Real Blue Roofing, the other ones on different roof spots we decided it not to fix them, but to do a full roof replacement instead performed by the same company). The roofing team show up early morning (team of 6) and started working right away (shingles were already delivered the day before). One very good thing about this company is that they provide pictures before, during and after job completion, regardless if is just a roof leak or a roof replacement, in our case. I did observe a very good preparation before work started: tarps placed on the front lawn (covering my neighbor's one, as well) and between our house and the neighbor's one, as well (we have a semi-detached house), while the driveway was free for their equipment and the garbage bin. They lay down not just high quality shingles by Owen Cornings, but protective sheets under shingles, as well; roof plywood sheets were inspected and found to be good, however, they could replace up to 5 of them, as per our contract, if required; all roof vents were replaced with new ones, as well. Eavestroughs were inspected and found to be clean and in good condition, as well. During the roof replacement job, they were cleaning up continuously on the ground. No damage at all to our house or my neighbors'. The job was completed around 4 pm that day; extended clean-up around the house and driveway was professionally completed, followed by eavestroughs cleaning, as well. We are very happy with the job they did on our roof replacement, considering also their 10 years warranty on workmanship which includes lots of factors. By next day early morning I received quite a few pictures through a dedicated hyperlink provided by the company (some being attached to this review). Overall, we are very pleased with the job performed, as well as the interaction with the roof replacement team: well done and Thank you to all the team for such a great job! We've already recommended them to other friends, as well.
