Just got our roof done by Swan Roofing Services. (This whole thing done in the dead of winter) They did an amazing job! Like it literally looks better and more secure then the roof that was done by the builders who built the house. They even put new metal vents which is way better then what was originally there to keep animals out. And added and extending things for the water drain thing. On top of all the work they did, the service was so fantastic! When I originally called late at night they were able to setup an appointment right away and were here the next morning to check it all out. Mind you this was an emergency for me (on his first visit he made sure that the water pouring into my house would not happen during the time we needed before getting the roof replaced) and I felt so good knowing it was being delt with ASAP they got it done fast and came 2 twice to clean the snow which was obviously hard and dangerous to work around. They even figured out how to get on the roof since my back door wouldn't open. Also the communication was on point practically no wait time for a response throughout the whole process. Amazing fantastic and just overall the best work and service all together better then 5 stars ??
I engaged Swan Roofing to do a full replacement of my roof. They were on time, did a great job and left zero mess when finished.
