Completed the roof replacement before any snow events happened, much appreciated as that was a concern that I had communicated. Top notch and highly knowledgeable office staff made the process flow smoothly and without issue. No interest financing over 12 months of the remaining 50% balance was a big reason why we went with Five Star Roofing to do the roof replacement. We received a competitive quote site unseen by providing blueprints. We requested a visit and discussion for comfort. One of the PM’s, Eric, came and we had a great discussion about the job and the company. We worked together with the office to agree on the verbiage of the contract. The crew showed up as scheduled two weeks later and worked hard and efficiently. They finished a complex 53 square home in 2 days. There was a problem area that I wanted addressed. This was unable to be quoted due to unknowns but various solutions were discussed. We worked together for a solution and we were not charged extra even though it was 3-4 hours more work. The quality of the work was very good and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

8/2024 Recently had my roof done. I am so very happy with all the work that was performed to perfection . All the workers are very professional, articulate, excellent with their craft of roofing. Non stop work to perfection. I can’t say enough about how perfectly beautiful the 6 roof’s look. No disappointed in the quality of the materials, or craftsmanship of these workers. Perfection at it highest. Clean up was taken care of immediately not a single thing left behind. I applaud your company for giving me a wonderful experience with the replacement of my much needed roofs.I highly will recommend your company to Everyone who needs a roof. It was a great experience working with Five Star Roofing! Christina in the business office was wonderful who was so thorough and always got back to us when had a question. The crew was really great. So polite and professional. Our roof looks great thanks to all of them. The after clean up was great too. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs it !
