Cory is very professional, detail oriented, and cost conscious. For our chimney repair project, Cory and Tim did a fantastic job returning our chimney to a solid and leak proof feature of our heritage home. They addressed issues that were left behind by our roofers, cleaned out the basement suite chimney base and sealed everything up. The cleanup they did to the exterior of our house was also superb.
Had Cory from Taves out a few years ago for a repair on my chimney, and based on my experience then decided to go with them to have our roof replaced. Excellent communication, timeliness, and professionalism across the board.
Friendly service and staff did a nice job removing old cedar shakes and installing asphalt in less than 2 weeks. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, leaving shockingly few nails behind. The work was completed for the price as agreed up front. Highly recommended. (Advice for any roofing job; ask the roofer to check if the chimney needs maintenance.)
Excellent service for a leaky roof. I called and Cory and Trevor came by to fix and diagnose the leak within 2 hours. Price was reasonable and he was very professional and knowledgeable.This is after hiring another roofer and a roofing inspector, both of whom did not diagnose the issue correctly and charged twice the price.Very grateful to Cory and Trevor for helping us fix our issue so promptly. 6/5 stars!
Almost a year in and very impressed with the install on house and garage roofs. Took them 2 days to complete including clean up. They initially presented their install estimates in a folder along with product descriptions. Where as some other companies quickly eyeball or scribble an estimated price.Even had a rep (jason?) came later to conduct a minor adjustment to one of the rain diverters (he was even feeling sick too). Overall worth the $ and professionalism of this company.
