Had my entire roof replaced by Calgary Elite Roofing in the summer due to hail damage. I noticed water droplets coming from the attic in the winter when the snow started to melt. Robbie got someone to come take a look within an hour of informing him. Evan who was the roofing expert came to examined the attic and was very detailed and explained everything! We confirmed it was just condensation. Great company and great customer service! This is how a company should be!
I’ve only had great experiences with Calgary Elite Roofing. Greg , Robbie and the team have always been outstanding to work with.I’ve completed three projects with them so far. My mom’s home (a new build at the time) had roofing issues caused by a previous contractor. Greg’s team came out, fixed everything properly, and we haven’t had a single problem since — and that was four years ago.My business also has a flat roof that began leaking. Their crew came out quickly, were professional and courteous, and repaired it efficiently. The results were excellent.Now they’re working on the roof of my current home, which is over 20 years old, and once again I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work.I would confidently recommend Calgary Elite Roofing to anyone. Truly a professional, reliable company.
This is my second Calgary Elite Roofing experience. Greg had helped us when we changed the roof at our previous house a few years ago.This time it was a couple of repairs at our new place. An apparent routine repair turn out to be a medium size project with window removal to exterior wall and stucco repair.Robbie and Amber coordinated the whole process and had made it so smooth and simple for us. Evan was excellent is, such a nice person to deal with. He went above and beyond to make us satisfied. Stucco guys also did nice job matching the existing texture and color of the trims.Hopefully I don't have to call them anytime soon again (finger crossed), but I definitely know where to go if needed (haha)

I had significant hail damage from a July 2023 storm. I required the entire exterior of my home to be replaced. I spoke with several roofing and siding companies. I contacted Calgary Elite Roofing after a google search and reading dozens of their reviews. I made a great decision.I was put in touch with co-owner Robert 'Robbie' Lapierre who agreed to come out and meet me at my home to review the damage. I liked him from the start. He was personable, knowledgeable and credible. He spent a great deal of time with me discussing my damage and explaining how he would document it, work with the insurance company to ensure I was treated properly and how the work would commence if I chose to use his company.I agreed to move forward with Elite immediately. Every interaction with Robbie or others at Elite was prompt, friendly and professional.The documentation they created and presented to my insurance company was very thorough and left no confusion or push back to my claim. Robbie took over all communication (I was cc'd on every conversation or email) with my insurance company and he dealt with all the back and forth required, freeing up my time and eliminating any anxiety and intimidation in dealing with them. I was very impressed with this aspect.Elite was available to start right away but I delayed the work until mid summer of 2024 as I had some other priorities to deal with first. As well, I was very unsure of some of the colours and styles I wanted to move forward with. Robbie was patient and helpful in this process and at no time did I feel any pressure to have them start. Eventually I was able to agree on colours and styles and the work commenced.The roof was completed first and looks great and after my own inspection appears to have been done to a very high level of finishing. I feel my standards are demanding and that I have a great attention to detail. I expect and appreciate great work.Next was the siding, eaves trough, soffit, fascia, downspout and trim around the windows and doors. Robbie's siding crew was led by Dan and helped by Serge and Sam. They were here for 2 weeks and worked through some unbearable heat and exposure. They were simply stellar. The quality of work and finishing was top notch. The attention to detail around the drip edges, the smart board trim and finishing work around things like the utilities was very well done.Like Robbie, Dan's crew was friendly, professional and engaging. I really appreciated Dan consulting with me on all of the details around the finishing pieces and making sure I had a say in the final design. He gave me options and always clarified what and how he would finish an area in question. He did some really nice tricks around merrying smart board around some difficult areas.The final product is a home that I'm very happy and proud to be a part of. It looks amazing and I know the quality of work completed is of a very high level.It was not a fun experience dealing with the damage and inconvenience of this hail storm but Robbie and his team made it as easy and pleasant process to put my house back together. I and my house are in a better place thanks to their efforts.Many thanks to Robbie and his team!
