He spent a lot of time making sure I understood the product and worked with me on getting the color I would like. He is professional and personable. Getting a roof is a big decision and costly project and he really put me at ease every step of the way. I am tough to please and very particular when it comes to home items and he really did all in his power to make sure I was happy. Rich my project manager was also fabulous. Very communicative and organized. The workers that did my roof were polite, hard working (started at 7am and ended at 7pm), detail oriented and knew exactly what they were doing. They did several thorough magnetic sweeps and made sure my yard was safe after the project for my dog. Hands down so happy with Big Bear!
