I had Brad come out to my house to do a window estimate, it turns out this guy is an outstanding person. He could have went on his way after 5 minutes of looking at my window but he insisted on giving me sound advice on how to go about fixing my window & also took the glass that was broken OFF my window. Just sharing an incredible experience with Powell Roofing.We had a piece of aluminum fascia blow off our house several weeks ago. I could have probably done the repair myself had it not been three stories up. After getting several absolutely ridiculous quotes (one company wanted to charge me to come out for an estimate), I called Powell Roofing. The young lady who took my call even said that I could send in pictures in advance to help them with their quote!Since we were on the way to another bigger job, Tyler stopped by our house first thing yesterday and went to work to provide a quality, quick repair. The whole process was 15 minutes and he was on his way to the bigger job!There are good people and good companies in this world. Tyler and Powell Roofing are prime examples. Where others saw just some pesky little, worthless job (but quoted me like it would take hours), Powell Roofing saw an opportunity to help. I took a ton of their cards to pass around our neighborhood! Thank you!
Powell performed minor roof repairs, replaced rotted siding, and installed new custom wood windows & interior/exterior window trim for our home. Everyone who came to work on the house was prompt, communicative, friendly, and proficient in their work. Project Manager Bradley and window expert Richard went over and above my expectations. We intend to work with them again for a future project. Job well done!
