We called Mr Roofer to fix a small leak around a roof vent. Jay showed up as promised and got right to work. He took pictures and was able to show us what needed to be done. Within an hour the repair was complete. Jay was extremely competent - we really appreciated the level of service we received. Thanks and we will be contacting Mr Roofer for any future repairs.
Mr. Roofer did not charge a $300 minimum like another company, so it cost me less. The work was done quickly and well. The person who came had great customer service.
Really great team to work with. They replaced the soft roof on our house and installed a metal roof on it. The contractors were friendly, efficient, experienced, and professional. One of the supervisors accidently fell through while there (no one was hurt thabkfully), and they did a good job patching plaster ceiling. About half a year later a section of the roof that wasn't replaced was leaking. The team came out and sealed it. Their team will take the time to explain issues, show pictures, and have happily answered questions about roofing jobs and repairs.
