Pride Roofing did the roof on the Unitarian Universalist Church in Cheyenne. We worked with Dan Taylor, who was very knowledgeable and thoughtful about the challenges the roof presented. We had multiple leaks that were a result of an improper installation between the shingle and membrane roof. Dan and his crew spent a lot of time looking at the roof, considering and explaining the problems and options, and talking to those of us volunteers who were figuring out the replacement. They came multiple times with people who had different expertises to ensure that we were getting the best possible roof solutions. He was very patient with our questions and thorough in the explanations. The time and effort Pride, and Dan, put into working with us before they ever got paid or were sure we would take the contract really convinced us that they would be a good partner to work with. They did the work promptly and well, and corrected a few things after. In addition, Dan was kind enough to come down and assess the roof of a building I own in downtown Cheyenne and arranged for Pride to do some maintenance on it for free. I know they are also doing or have done several residential projects of friends where they demonstrated the same knowledgeable care and effort. The service, knowledge, experience and thoughtfulness cannot be overstated. I highly recommend working with Pride Roofing for any roofing project you may have. We were hit hard by a lightning strike and hailstorm, but Matt Taylor and Eric from Pride Roofing truly went above and beyond to get everything back to better than new. From the roof to the gutters to the new siding, everything looks fantastic! They managed the entire process and coordinated directly with our insurance adjusters, which made things so much easier. Their professionalism and efficiency really stood out – they kept us updated throughout and got the job done quickly, even with the extent of the storm damage. Pride Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. From Steele Dargie coming over after a hail storm and taking a look at the damages to our roof. He was very through from taking measurements to making sure we had everything approved through the insurance company to the final walk through. The install team that came to do the work was great and worked so hard even after finding out they had 5 layers of shingles to remove and decking to add, that was a surprise for all of us. They worked 12 hours in one day and it was greatly, greatly appreciated. Tyler Taylor the project manager was great and very informative of every step through the, again, surprise 2 day job. Tyler was very accommodating for pets and making sure things were cleaned up for my dog. Steele and Tyler made sure we understood every step of the process and was able to answer all of our questions and issues. Dealing with insurance is not easy but they made it a breeze. Thank you!
