We needed large icicles and ice dams removed from a three story gutter. I called four other companies- some said it was too cold for the job (imagine that..) or they wanted to charge for expensive equipment. When I talked to Rob, he wasn't worried. He answered all my questions about the work and how to prevent future problems. Chicago Roofing Systems came out the next day and got the job done with no hassles in 10 degree weather. The workers offered to take off their shoes inside and cleaned up after themselves. They worked fast and I got a great deal for the job. I'd be happy to call Robert again and skip the nonsense from other contractors.
