Johnny Dumford at SWORD provided a free estimate for the repair of my roof. When he sent me a quote, he included high quality photos of the areas needing repairs, which I found very helpful. He provided me a thorough explanation of why my roof needed repairs in the areas shown on the photos. He also explained the general condition of my roof, not necessarily only the affected areas needing attention. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in a professional manner. He answered any questions I had, and clarified any concerns. Upon completion of the job, he provided me with another set of photos: before, during, and after photos, which proved to me they did work on the roof. Great experience with SWORD Roofing on my total roof replacement. Eric was great to work with getting my free new roof estimate. Trevor was the site foreman the day of the install and kept me well informed and answered my many questions. Cleanup was great! Sword had a very competitive estimate and once I read their online reviews and saw their BBB rating I gladly signed a contract with them.
