First Choice Roofing lives up to their name! From their knowledgeable estimator (who followed up but was never pushy) to their awesome project manager and diligent, tidy crew, everyone was outstanding! I have an older home and we found some surprises during the tear off. Changes were explained in a way I could understand and repair estimates were quick and cost-effective. The roof was replace in late November and the crew was super tidy, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend their service and work.

In my business it's good to "know a guy"...I'm constantly giving out recommendations of contractors that I feel that give top service! This is one of these companies! All very responsive to requests for quick estimates and excellent follow thru. They do excellent work! Point of contact is usually Spencer as he is always a gentleman and very thorough! My experience started fall last year when it took over a month to get a permit from city this company was so patient with me in getting me scheduled and from the moment I met the sales guy to the final walk thru inspection it was seem less. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing/gutter needs they did it all for me and I was super pleased with the craftsmanship and how the crew operates safely and they got everything done. They do it in steps with different crews but each crew was excellent and even clean up after was amazing. They offered different affordable options for payments and made time to make sure the customer was happy just that little personal connection goes a long way. I dealt with this company in 2018 as well and that's the main reason I called them back again and was happy I did. If your looking for a roof or similar needs please make 1st choice one of your options!!!
First off, I'm an architect and deal with contractors all day, every day. I got 3 quotes to have 3 skylights installed in a home addition I designed & am building and chose 1st Choice Roofing / Lifetime Skylight Co. They weren't the lowest bid, but being in the industry I know you get what you pay for so my decision was based on a lot more than just price. I also took comfort in the warranty that was included. The install went extremely smoothly and Dennis & Timmy seemed as excited as my project as I am. They kept me informed with photos & texts as they progressed with their work and even sent me a question about a location on the last skylight even though I located it and marked it myself before they began work. This indicated to me that they were "thinking" about my project too and not just doing their work...which is RARE to experience these days. They even thanked me for some prep work that I did before they arrived for their safety. I've already given out 2 referrals and I'm sure there will be more. I couldn't be happier and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Awesome experience.
