I used AM roofing to paint the trim, doors etc, replace the roof and gutters and intall gutter screens. Ben was very truthful and straight forward. He understood the insurance better than my contact at the insurance company.The work was started and completed on time. The material used was top quality and the cleanup was thorough.I had a very good experience with AM Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.
After attempting to contact multiple companies we reached out to AM Roofing. All we needed was our gutters cleaned and they gave us the pricing and showed up for the appointment. After reviewing the gutters they realized all we actually needed was a few downspouts cleared so they completed this in less than 45 minutes and charged us a lesser amount. Grateful for the honesty from a company that could have charged what they originally told us. We will now be getting a quote from them on gutter guards and anything else we need in the future that they provide services for.

The great experience started with the owner, Ben Posey, clearly explaining our options, assisting with navigating the claim with my insurer. The work crew showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job - leaving me with a great looking roof and gutters. Ben followed up to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction.I was so pleased with the work done, I am using AM Roofing to replace the roof on my rental property later this month.
I'm afraid I cannot recommend AM Roofing and Gutters - I give two stars since the work was done well but the abrupt lack of follow-up leaves me thinking any warranty offered on the work is without meaning and that customer satisfaction is not important. Ben was very communicative and friendly during my estimate and their price was competitive so I selected them for the work. The crew showed up one hour late to the appointment with no apology. After they finished the work they left without notifying me even though I was clearly at home. When I realized they had gone I surveyed the gutter installation I found they had left out the shed gutters and they did not install the number of downspouts on the estimate. I contacted Ben who was very responsive as usual and the crew came back that night in the dark and did the work. I did not pay them the same day since I wanted to survey the work in the daylight. Once I paid my invoice I have received no further communication and it has been a month since the work was done. I have tried to contact them via e-mail, text, and phone call to discuss replacing a poorly placed rain chain that was installed at my own suggestion with a downspout since it did not work out for that area of the house. They have never responded to me even though they are clearly actively doing business - their sign has recently appeared in my neighbor's yard. I have owned homes in two states over the last 10 years and I have never had a contractor leave the job site without walking the property with me, come back and complete work in the dark, or fail to return my communications when they were previously responsive.
