I had an excellent experience with 730 South Exteriors. Chris and his crew were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. Chris walked me through the issues, explained the repair plan clearly, and delivered high-quality work at a fair price. They went above and beyond to ensure the roof and swamp cooler were properly repaired and protected. The whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable exterior or roofing work.
Added a bathroom fan to my powder room, and needed both the ducting and an opening made into the roof. Chris (the owner) responded very quickly, and sent out one of his subs, Omar, to do the job. Nothing but good things to say about the level of communication, efficiency, and most importantly, the quality of the work. I was formerly in the construction industry myself, so have a particularly scrutinizing eye for these things. They all went above and beyond. Will do business again with these folks.
Chris and his team made the replacement of my damaged roof and gutters seamless! They worked directly with my insurance company and kept me in the loop the entire way. My experience with 730 was an overall good one. My situation was different than most as I had been fighting with my previous insurance provider for over 2yrs trying to get repairs done to my roof and gutters. I had dealt with several other contractors prior to 730 with no success on repairs my provider would not adjust the payout to compensate any of the quotes I received from contractors! ????? fast forward almost 3yrs later and I see an ad via instagram for 730 I reach out and immediately the next day someone comes out to check out my property I explained the situation and my discouragement with the whole process. I worked with Nate and Chis on this and they were able to get things done and fast! The entire process took 2days max! and that even included them taking the new gutters back down because a mistake was made on the color. I’m happy with the quality of work done and workmanship and would definitely recommend. Even though it’s only been a little over a week and we haven’t had any real weather I would give 5 stars if things change as we get into the winter months I will be sure to come back and update my review!
1. 730 South Exteriors is a fantastic company. Chris (owner) is thorough, thoughtful, and always looking to do what is best for the customer. We used Chris and 730 South Exteriors for a new roof install in Jul-24 and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. Importantly, Omar and the roofing crew are FANTASTIC! Omar is incredibly detail oriented, thorough, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Omar went into our attic to block off an unused gable vent and he did so without complaint and with a positive attitude. Omar and his crew showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. I could go on and on about Omar and his entire crew. We also really enjoyed our time working with Brian. Brian was the first person at the company we interacted with and helped do an initial roof inspection and interfaced with the roofing company. Brian was also incredibly patient throughout the process as he needed to return to our house 3-4x when the insurance company had scheduling issues. Brian is good guy and that says it all. I don’t leave many reviews, yet thought it would be a disservice to 730 South Exteriors and the community if I didn’t make it known how much of a pleasure it was to work with them and we look forward to many more projects with them in the future.
