Holy smokes these guys have blown me away. I had a quote come in to repair my roof that seemed a little high and got a second opinion from Sol Vista and their quote was much more fair and affordable. Ty was the one who came out an evaluated my roof. He is AWESOME!!! I really appreciate how he didnt try to upsell me and was fair and honest with his repair evaluation rather than pushing any kind of replacement. Ty was also very knowledgeable and super awesome to talk to. They were very speedy to get the job done well and for a fair price! Thank you Sol Vista!! From their very prompt response to initial inquiries, roof inspection, and high-quality installation accomplished within a very tight weather window, their project manager Ty was on top of everything. Small follow-up issues are also being addressed almost immediately. Highly recommended!
Ty is incredible. He told me he would take a look at my roof after the big wind storms we just had to make sure I didn’t have any damage. He quickly came out and told me no repairs were needed. You won’t find anyone more honest, and with the quality of pictures and paperwork they provided you can tell this company pays attention to detail. I’ll be contacting them in the future and can’t recommend them enough!
I was very impressed with Sol Vista Roofing, especially while working with Ty. Im a real estate agent in the Longmont area and I was concerned about possible damage to my roof from the last wind storm, so Ty came out and quickly inspected it same day. I appreciate the time he took to answer all of my 100 questions. There was no damage and he offered a quick gutter cleaning!
