The on-site quote was provided within just a couple days of me reaching out via A2Z’s online form. Ali came with a quote package, including the various options available and actual samples to view. There was never any pressure to go with one product over another. The information was provided to us in the package for us to take away and make our decisions.

A2Z provided clear and timely updates at each step of the process, from delivery of shingles to the start of work, as well as checking in during the work and confirming when the final inspection would be completed. Thank you, Megan.

Installation team, and quality of work: 5/5
The installation team was very respectful of our property and did a cleanup at the end of day one including uncovering our AC unit so that we could use it overnight. It took the team two days to complete the work. We had a minor weather delay on the day our project was to start but the installation team was very good at communicating with us on what we could expect next.

Post install installation inspection :

The inspector met with us to ensure the installation team had delivered to our satisfaction, which they did . He confirmed some finishing details with us before proceeding, and completed a second pass of our property to ensure no debris or random nails were left behind.

Billing/Pricing: 5/5
A2Z completed the entire project and did not require a deposit upfront. They have various payment options: credit card e-transfers or personal check etc.
We got three quotes and A2Z was very competitive with the most shingle options of the companies we received quotes from.
Along with the invoice, A2Z provided several photos of the completed work which was very much appreciated as it’s hard to actually see the roof of your house.

We are very happy with our overall experience with A2Z and would definitely recommend. Thank you to the A2Z team.

I recently had my roof replaced by A2Z roofing. The whole team was great starting from Ali's personal visit to explain the process, quotes, and different products, to Maileen and Megan's instructions and coordination, and last but not the least, to the team that installed the roof. The craftmanship looks well done and the jobsite was cleaned properly.

There was a bit of a miscommunication with the start date on my house and my suggestion to avoid it from happening to future clients is to give AT LEAST few hours of notice and confirmation if the roofers will show up. I understand that there are factors that can cause delays like weather, availability, etc., but people are also busy so we can't wait the whole morning at home if roofers are gonna show up or not.
