Dealing with Colan to get a quote was very convenient. Our roofer, Paul, was very knowledgeable about his craft and handled his production team respectfully and professionally. We own one unit in a four unit townhouse and not everyone wanted to do their roof at the same time. Paul came up with a great solution that placed a barrier between us and the neighbor and made it look great with some flashing. We had a little bit of rot in the sheeting and Canclad repaired it without an upcharge. The job was delayed a little bit due to weather, but Paul did a great job of getting the job done promptly once they got started.
Paul was excellent! Quick and professional communication by text. Very friendly guy who took his time to explain the process and send me before and after pictures of the roof damage and repair. Highly recommend!
