After years of battling leaks myself, A&M roofing just renewed two thirds of our roof and they did a fantastic job. Everything was done very professionally from the first call for a quote, estimated date of work, and the cost exactly as quoted even though they did quite a number of extras that was not in the contract. Every text we sent was responded to within minutes. The workers arrived at 6:30 am and worked non-stop till about 6:30 pm. One third of our roof has solar panels and we never had a leak from that part so we didn't renew it, but they needed access via that roof to other parts and I was apprehensive of them moving all the material around the panels. That section of the roof (48 years old) had buckled up a bit and I was afraid with all the traffic on it that it would crack and eventually leak. However, when they were done they cleaned it and patched it up nicely, better than it was before, and it wasn't even part of their job! They replaced more wood than was in the quote, replaced a vent, a float valve in our swamp cooler and all was part of their great service without anything added to the final bill. A&M is highly recommended.
