I called Star City Roofing to see if they could help me with a vent pipe that the wind was blowing over and to repair some shingles that were lifting. I spoke with Allan. He was very personable, friendly, and helpful right from the get go. I told him what I needed, and he sent someone down to take a look at the roof in about 15 minutes! You can't beat that! That's great service! This was on a Tuesday. Thursday of the same week the job was done! I'm very happy with this company. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. The person who came out to do the actual work was wonderful as well. I would use this company again. I would recommend this company to anyone needing some roof work done.

After the recent snow storm my roof popped a leak by my doorway so I spoke to Allan from Star City roofing and he got me scheduled in within the week to check my roof. Star city roofing repaired it and while I was at it I asked for nets to cover my solar panels as well. All for a very reasonable price. Despite them dealing with a lot of work from that storm they got me taken care extremely fast, the roof was done 3 days after my initial call and the panels as soon as material showed up.The pricing I received was 1250$ to patch the leak location, but when they came to do the work, they patched more than just the leak I had asked for. Every other location that looked like it needed some work such as places around my chimney, the cut outs for conduit on my panels etc.The total pricing with taking care of the solar panels and the roof was 1900I highly recommend them, the quality of their work and timelines is very rare around El Paso. 5 stars well deserved.
Highly recommend the Starcity Roofing team! Very responsive and professional. Called them on Thursday, Juan was at my home two days later doing much needed repair work. I had to get the turbines replaced; no more loud noises when it's windy. My family can relax and sleep in peace now. Thank you so very much!!And a shout out to Juan for being nice and professional! He explained what needed to be done in an easy manner, showed me pictures and videos of the completed work and provided additional recommendations for future maintenance.
