Riley contracted to reshingle our roof and add new gutters.His crew was timely, did their work efficiently and cleaned up nicely. With our first snowfall we experienced substantial leaking from one of our skylights (which had not leaked prior to this work). When Riley was notified, he asked for a video, which was then provided. He said he would “make things right” in the spring. With every snow melt during the winter of 2024-2025, we again had water leaking and each time I sent another video to Riley.In May, Riley was contacted and said he would send his guys over. Our roof was finally repaired in late fall. Following this, Riley sent us a partial refund of our payment in compensation for our wintertime problems.
