Once the claim was finally approved, the construction process could not have been better. Ryan was extremely helpful From start to finish. At first, my insurance company denied the claim but with the help from Veritas, the claim was approved. The roofers were wonderful and Ryan came to check their progress on a regular basis.
As with many companies after hail storms, a Veritas team came by offering a free inspection. I had them go up, because it's always good to check, plus they were very professional in their approach. What happened next was what gets them 5 stars. They did not see enough damage, so they came down without trying to sell me anything at all! When I pointed out a flashing issue, they did offer an estimate, letting me know if would only be a small repair. How nice, not to be upsold!! Best bonus of all, there was a large furniture delivery in front of my garage that they kindly moved into my house, even refusing a gratuity. When I do need something, these guys will get my business!! Shout out to Chris and his team!
