He was very responsive to my many questions and offered valuable information, advice and assistance in helping me not only to decide on the quality of shingles but also choose the color. Jean-Michel came over with samples and we looked at them against the house together and he shared with me a few perspectives based on what I was looking for and his advice made a huge difference in helping me decide on a color I would love for years to come. To this day, I just love the style and look of my new shingles! The team arrived on time, they were very polite and efficient, cleaned up perfectly well and did an excellent job! Afterwards when I had a few additional questions, Jean-Philippe was very responsive and came over in person to address my concerns, which he did effectively from a very knowledgeable point of view. We had our roof done at the cottage recently - Jean-Michel was excellent to work with, and they did things very professionally. The roof looks terrific, they had to deal with some awkward angles. The quote seemed reasonable and they did a very good job on clean up, which is not easy when the mess falls into a forrested area. Highly recommend.
