They never completed my job. I paid fully. Just make sure you get everything you paid for.After the comment below and having attached my invoice number. Still have not received everything I paid for. Contacted Ian with Refined Roofing for an estimate to repair a leak in a roof. I made it super easy for him: I got on the roof to take pictures and described exactly what I wanted done. He responded with a quote that I thought was reasonable. I didnt haggle on the price, nor did he ever have to come out to do a site survey. Easy job.I asked that he go ahead with the work and was told he’d “get back to me shortly” with a date to do the work. I reminded him 3 times about this work, and he responded to me saying that he was aiming for the work to be done when I requested it, even 2 days before the planned date.Well that day came and went and I heard nothing. So 0/5 reliability wise, I hope he has other jobs that keep him busy. I just did the work myself for ? the cost.
This is the 3rd roofing company to try and fix our leak. The others just put caulking everywhere hoping to hit the right spot.Artisan roofing did a roof inspection with photos and submitted detailed report with estimate.A team turned up and were very professional and explained everything.They guaranteed to stop the leak and they did.They actually removed shingles and replaced plywood adding water and ice protectant and new flashing to divert water away from the area which had not been improperly constructed. .That night it rained and no leaks !!!The master roofer knew his job!!!
