I am very pleased with Rydel Roofing & Siding’s professionalism, expertise and detailed report that was produced. I contacted them to check on a siding issue and was kept well informed when they would be here even with a text 20 minutes before arrival. Evgenii was the technician who arrived and he quickly got to work, set up a ladder in the snow, climbed up high to take a look and identified the problem right away. Even though it couldn’t be fixed on the spot, he provided great options on how to proceed with the next steps. It was followed up with a detailed report (pictures included) of the issue. I greatly appreciated that Evgenii was very knowledgeable, was willing to share this knowledge and took the time to answer all my questions.

I got the first contact within a week after I submitted quote and it didn't even take a month from the first meeting to the installation. Sean was amazing, provided us with details of how the project will be processed, which material will be the best on current conditions, and etc. Wesley and crews came to do the installation were nice, they. send us pictures of how the roof looked like before and after the work, and they left the site without leaving anything behind. I highly recommend Rydel roofing. After doing my own research and speaking with trusted friends, Rydel came highly recommended. They walked us through the entire process, were up front and honest and even winterized our roof before we got it done in March. We needed to have half the roof re-sheathed and that was communicated ahead of time with a cost as well. They made sure to clean the property during and after and there wasn’t any shingles, nails or plastic left behind. Wesley was our project manager and he was great to work with, communicated well and responded quickly. I felt confident choosing Rydel to do our new roof and am very satisfied.
