I contracted with D’Angelo & Sons to replace the eavestrough and downspouts on my small bungalow in June 2023 (with a 10 year warranty). In 2025 a corner started leaking and the seam of one of the downspouts has opened up. I contacted the company on AT LEAST 3 occasions and was told they’d have to wait until the weather is dry for 3 days and that they had new business they had to attend to before doing repair. I take this to mean that I paid my money and new business is more important than doing a good job of my home. The corner leak is on my front steps which has turned into ice and is deadly to step on. Luckily I slipped into my car and was able to hang on. The problems started on the day of install when 2 workers arrived; one jumped onto my roof and ran across the roof to the back of the house - this could have been a terrible accident for him and caused damage to my roof/house. This should have been an extremely easy instal with 4 low sides to apply eaves and downspouts. There was A LOT OF YELLING and at one point one of the workers threatened/yelled that he was going to leave the job (unfinished). I had to call the sales rep on 2 occasions during the instal as I was afraid of the threats to leave, anger and cursing. There is too much to mention here but, to date, I have not received ANY response to getting this situation resolved. I had to give this company 1-star as it does not allow anything less but would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING ISSUES THAT ARE WARRANTED REPAIRED.

They readily shared options and the end products were exactly as outlined (Steve and crew).The Siding/Eaves crew were outstanding, dedicated and professional. The crew worked diligently to complete the project (despite the weather) and completed a needed renewal of our home exterior with quality products (Michael and Crew). Michael also personally addressed some lighting replacements and undertook to modernize existing units to match the renovation (thank you again and they look great).In short, any significant renovation comes with uncertainty and can be an impactful financial investment. My wife and I met with Mike May to provide us with options for a new roof from D'Angelo's. We had a great meeting with Mike as he took the time to walk through what would work best for our long term home. I did get another quote from another big name company, however when we started to compare the information Mike left us, we realized that the other company was providing lower grade products even though we asked for upgrades. We will be using D'Angelo's in the future. Mike was very easy to talk to and answered every question we had.
Thought they had done a good job on the residing of our house. A year later found out that they hadn't reattached the hydro stack to the house. Hydro shut us off until we paid $1500 to have it reattached by an electrician on emergency rates. D'Angelo refused to take any responsibility. Be careful, they're pricey and apparently don't stand behind the job.

Steve F. over saw my entire project with precision & diligence, answering all my concerns with peace of mind, professional and easy to work with.
