He was polite, knowledgeable, and never pushy. During the inspection, which he conducted using a drone, Jason noticed some exposed wood on our roof. He arranged for Luis to come by the following week (delayed slightly due to bad weather), and they had everything patched up within an hour.Jason also provided a detailed estimate for additional work. The proposal was clear and professional, including the company’s accreditations, WSIB compliance, insurance details, and a line-by-line breakdown of the work. It made everything easy to understand.Communication was fantastic—they responded quickly to all my messages.
