The guys from Platinum Roofing just replaced very old gutters on my house and I'm really happy with the entire process. They were quick in getting me an estimate, which turned out to be pretty fair compared to other companies I called, and booked me in as soon as weather was acceptable for install. The team that showed up to the house were very friendly and did great work, the gutters look AMAZING. Thank you for a great experience.
I highly recommend Platinum Roofing & Exteriors Hamilton! I was impressed by the first meeting to receive a quote. After hearing about our leak issue, the owner Nick arrived with the sales manager Andrew to pop up onto the roof to take a peak. Another roofer had temporarily tarped the problematic section of the roof but there was still a small leak. Nick found the problem and temporarily corrected it even though we hadn’t even sat down with Andrew yet to review our options. Now that is professionalism! Long story short, we had our entire roof replaced. Paul, the project manager, and his crew were very organized and carried out a terrific job, along with clean up. The work was documented via photographs and a drone which certainly nailed the customer confidence factor. Thank you for a job well done! I highly recommend Platinum Roofing!!

I am writing this review for my sister Elisa and her husband Eric who replaced their roof, fascia, eaves troughs and downspouts last week in Cayuga. (This is a follow up to my Nov 8 2024 review for similar work at my mother's home on Garth St.)The Platinum workers took only two days to complete this large project. Kalobe's roof crew at one point totaled 12 workers. They were efficient, organized and demonstrated a high degree of skill and safety while being extra careful to protect the surrounding property. The crew identified weak decking that needed to be replaced and this was done at no extra cost. While it was a long first day, the crew was determined to finish installation by the end of the day. The transformation was amazing.Taylor's crew came the following day to complete the sheet metal work including the leaf gutter guards and even provided some additional capping at no extra charge at the end of another long productive day. The overall look of the finished work is modern and stunning.In all, from the clear original quote from Platinum's knowledgeable estimator Andrew, to the conscientious and highly skilled installers to the super organized and friendly office manager Denise, we could not be more pleased with our overall experience with this company.Thanks again Platinum Roofing for your quality work and customer care. We just got our roof replaced and siding done by Platinum after having a leak in our roof this spring. Andrew came, inspected our roof, and quoted our job out. All aspects of the quote were laid out clearly and he answered all the questions I had.Denise was very helpful in all our phone conversations and scheduling the work. She was very knowledgeable in terms of what we would need to meet the requirements for our insurance claim.The roof replacement was completed in one day by Kaleb and his team. The crew was very competent and the roof looks neat and properly done. The crew took great care with our property, covering up our decks with tarps and plywood. They cleaned up well also, which was important since we have young kids and didn’t want them stepping on nails or sharp metal.The siding, fascia, and eavestrough took two days. Taylor and his team asked questions along the way and made recommendations to ensure everything was ventilated and draining properly. We are very happy with the end result which shows the competence and professionalism of the workers at Platinum.Overall we are very pleased with our experience and would recommend Platinum Roofing and Exteriors for sure.
