Had an employee knock on my door in a neighborhood that doesn't allow soliciting. After talking to him, I let him look at my roof. Once he was finished, he told me that they work with insurance companies to get new roofs ins at no cost to the home owner and that he would be the point of contact (poc) going forward and that their company only uses one poc per house. I would eventually talk to 4 different people from the company as they don't seem to follow their own rules. After the 4th guy cut off a piece of siding without letting me know about it beforehand, I told them to never come back to my house.
if i could leave negative stars, i would!! this company is awful and impossible to get in contact with. they finally finished our roof but it took weeks of calling with no answer and their main number is AI which leads to NOWHERE
will not take no for an answer. was not comfortable with them doing inspection with the homeowner not home and they attempted to pressure me into it. also came to my door with his vape in his hand and no business cards, very unprofessional

These guys were friggin phenomenal. They completely redid my siding and my roof. Gavin was totally on top of it. They gave me a timeline and scope. They did all the work they needed to do without me having to be on top of them to do it. I've hired quite a few contractors in my time and these guys were just absolutely the best. They had ran into several problems doing work for my home but they charged me only for materials to do the extra bits and it was ridiculously reasonably priced in my opinion. Gavin I owe you a beer my guy for my home in Greensboro, IN.
