I appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness of Garrett and Dodge. I interacted more with Garrett and could not have gotten through this process without his help. Hurricane Zeta ripped up my roof in Ocean Springs and I was unable to find local help. After learning that I had hail damage to my roof, I visited one of my neighbors who had recently had their roof replaced by No Drip Roofing. When the adjuster contacted me, I called Garrett and he came and met with the adjuster, explaining the damage and was instrumental in getting my claim approved.After the claim was approved, Garrett stayed in constant contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way. When I asked him if we could delay installation of the roof for a few weeks to fit our schedule, he readily agreed.His crew was prompt and efficient, and did a great job. Garrett stopped by every day, checking on the progress and quality of the work and made us feel very comfortable with the process. He wanted us to be totally satisfied with the job, and we were. No Drip came highly recommend by my son and his wife who are both in real estate. I contacted No Drip and began the process. My No Drip rep was Garrett who contacted me and set up an inspection following the insurance claim adjuster. After a little work with the insurance company a fair price was set and within two weeks we had a new roof. Garrett was very professional and stayed in touch with me thru the entire process.
