Jack C Wilson did an excellent job replacing our roof. One of the reasons we went with JCW was because they replaced our roof in 2006 and we never had one minute’s problem with our roof in 20 years. JCW roofing did a wonderful job! I had a flat roof that was recently replaced that attached to a main roof that was previously replaced in 2010, both from different companies. Jake showed me how both were poorly installed, especially the flat roof that leaked for 2 years. He was thorough and showed me why both roofing systems were insufficient and detailed with how they would correct this. JCW installed a brand new roof and a tapered system on the flat roof so that water would disperse off the edge and not pool. After a rainy day a few days ago, there was no pooling on the flat roof and the water dispersed appropriately as mentioned. I was impressed by how honest they were, their quality of work, professionalism, and the vast knowledge they had about roofing. I would recommend this company to anyone with any roofing needs.
The crew that worked our roof was professional, fast, thorough and polite. The roof looks great and the cost was very reasonable. They cleaned the entire perimeter of our house, including with a magnet and even blew off the rest of our roof of debris not associated with the area they replaced. From the coordinating of the date to the estimate to the work and final inspection, the process was easy and turnkey! I will definitely be using Jack C. Wilson Roofing again when we replace the rest of our roof!
In a word: superb. A crew of Master Craftsmen led by an exceptional Forman, knowledgeable, attentive to our questions and way beyond helpful in every way. They took precautions to safeguard our shrubbery and flowers. Tarps on the lawn, , picking up every scrap of the old roof—even magnetic sweepers to be sure there were no nails in the lawn, sidewalks and driveway. The repair to our chimney was painted with perfect color matching paint. The photo shows a transition flashing from our main roof shingles to the metal roofed screen room, absolutely done professionally! We highly recommend Jack C. Wilson roofing; you will be pleased with their work.
