I am 100% satisfied with Trinity Roofing and a Restoration! Billy knocked on my door coincidental to me having recently noticed what appeared to be some missing shingles. He went on the roof and did a video for me and showed me that the wind damage was much worse than I had anticipated. He helped me file my claim with my insurance company which fortunately paid for everything but my deductible. He was there to advocate with the insurance adjuster on my behalf when they did their inspection, brought me shingle samples, picked up the checks and basically ensured I never had to leave my home to get my roof repaired. The roof was replaced in December 2025. While they were replacing the roof they noticed that my chimney had not been properly flashed. The metal was rusted and the wood was rotted. They had to replace it so that the roof could pass inspection. I also have three solar light tubes on my roof. While they were replacing the shingles, they replaced the domes. Unfortunately they decided to replace one of the light tubes and in the process removed and disposed of the solar night light I had installed in the light tube. I contacted Trinity and Brian worked with me to address my concerns and to ensure that the night light was replaced and that the chimney was painted. Tanner had to contact five different companies to find a replacement night light for me, but he did and installed it and everything is now just as it was. He even went above and beyond to help me out with another problem. Darrick was the one who painted my chimney for me. He made some adjustments to it and caulked it before applying two coats of paint for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trinity Roofing and Restoration to anyone for their roofing needs!
