Our experience started with JR & Co coming out to look at our house for hail damage. They had done another house on our street. After determining that we did indeed have hail damage they contacted our insurance company and filed our claim with us. Jackson met with the insurance appraiser. We decided to check around and contacted a few more roofing companies. Jackson did not pressure us but stayed in contact answering all of my questions. After dealing with several others we called Jackson back. His kindness and professionalism sold us and we met to sign contracts. This was our first time doing this and I had a lot of questions. Jackson was patient again and walked me through the entire process. He gave us excellent customer service. Still to this day he is always willing to answer any questions. We are so glad Jackson stayed in touch and followed through and that he gave us an excellent experience. He gave us a beautiful roof. The installers were also very kind and professional. All in all a great experience.

I had roof damage to my barn roof, I contacted Chad with JR & CO. Chad was out the following day to get me a quote and on their schedule for all repairs. Chad explained how they were going to do the repairs and asked if I felt his suggestions were good. Very professional and were concerned that I would be happy with going forward.
