Our home is also significantly taller and has many pitches compared to the usual home in the neighborhood, which made the work more complicated.Chance and his crew were highly recommended by a family friend who is also in the roofing business.Not only was the work done really well (even our neighbours commented on the roof) and in a timely fashion (2-3 days), but the cost was significantly less than what the other roofers estimated (which is probably, in part, because Chance doesn’t add on gimmicks like drone videos or computerized simulation of your roof).Most of all, these guys are honest and keep their word! Chance underestimated the cost of the replacement due to the need for metal edges on the roof, but Chance did NOT add these additional charges to his original estimate because he sticks to his original quote!
