Jason Osland and his team did a fantastic job on our roof! We had a very positive experience from the get go. A prompt response to our quote inquiry, lead to a quick site visit to discuss budget and material options with samples. We quickly learned that he had a solid understanding of our needs and made some great suggestions for combining a modern metal look with cost effective shingles. We’re super happy with the final result! The Osland Team took on our challenging and very old cedar roof (which is a curved a-frame style, so a literal curve ball!) and exceeded our expectations. His crew were very friendly and professional, and were mindful to keep our yard, deck and landscaping neat and tidy after each work day. Jason and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof from tar and gravel to shingles. He responded quickly to my inquiry and was at my house a few days later to inspect and provide a quote. Communication with Jason was great throughout the job. The crew was very efficient despite some delays due too rain. Overall very happy with the workmanship and final product.

Jason responded promptly, visited and went through requirements, did a quote, answered my detailed questions about process / qualitifications etc (myself a former SK commercial property & project manager of numerous re-roofing projects, and dubious trust in Kelowna contractors). ... Voila! 2 weeks later a new roof!I'm looking forward to a good spring rain test yet, but having climbed up to see their workmanship through the process several times, I'm not expecting issues. If I do encounter issues, Jason's actions to date & communication lead me to believe it would be addressed promptly.Double wide manufactured home with a large skylight, and a shed.Crew was respectful, Jason on site each day with them, site cleaned each day. I've recommended him to others in my park, one is already in progress.
