Had a leak from moss growth between shingles. Pinnacle came out and correctly identified problem area, work was conducted to remove moss and replace shingles. Admin team was perfect and the roofing team sent out were honest and very skilled. They fixed leak and found another problem area that needed some sealing done. Great group of people. We had our roof done by Pinnacle about 15 yrs ago. They did a great job. Site was always cleaned up daily, team checked in with us, updated us and thanked us for having them redo our roof. We refer Pinnacle all the time, and recently they replaced a roof that was done incorrectly by another roofing company that customers of ours had done. The Pinnacle team was even better than when we did our roof. There were visits from the supervisor (and updates + conversations with a roofing inspector to navigate some tricky sections for the best options for longevity) and their own internal safety officer was out to insure the team was working safely.You cannot go wrong having Pinnacle complete your roof. We hired Pinnacle Roofing to reshingle our home this fall. They had done our original roof when we built our house in 2005, and have provided outstanding service since then. We had some occasional storm damage, and they were quick to respond and repair, even 15 years after the original work.Pinnacle provided us with a clear quote, with details about options that were available. When we chose to proceed, they communicated clearly about timelines and expectations. Their crew was efficient, polite, safety-conscious, and very respectful of us and our property. They left the worksite tidy and clean every day. The work was completed on time and without any inconvenience to us.Pinnacle did two inspections upon completion, one to ensure everything was completed to specifications and that everything was cleaned up, and a second by a manager came to ensure it was finished professionally. We were then provided with a final bill which was clear and accurate, with no surprises.I can not say enough good things about this company! Their workmanship is top quality, their communication and business practices are excellent, and their staff were a pleasure to have at our home. This was an absolutely outstanding experience.
