Finding good contractors in this area is very hard. I had a leak damaging the inside of my home. I had 4 companies give me estimates. 2 companies told me I needed a whole roof replacement including tiles. This company and another reputable in town quoted that only the underlayment needed to be replaced, my tiles were ok. The whole process from starting with the salesman, project manager, and installation went so smooth and transparent. The installation crew was efficient, professional, and courteous.
