Elevate Roofing installed a new Malarkey shingles roof. They had my shingles delevered within days and were ready to install within a week. They found multiple rotted boards and replaced them, including some fascia and soffit that were severely damaged. James Borth was the project manager and stayed with his crew the whole time. He was thorough, honest, understanding and extremely helpful in making sure I was happy with the job! That crew was amazing, too! The company was helpful in getting me financed. Madison was over the top instrumental in me choosing this company giving them her fullest support! She came out and measured the job, took photos and stayed in contact with me while I was making decisions. She was patient and kind as was James!! I can't thank them enough for the confidence in knowing my roof is in the best shape it has ever been!
Elevate replaced my roof and siding after major storm damage in 2023. They helped me in dealing with the insurance and a bad adjuster that was not fully reporting as he should have. I've uploaded a comparison of the energy usage on a year over year comparison after they finished the work on my home. They helped me immensely and were worth it. Highly recommend. Great company with very good people who will take care of you. I'll add before and after photos of the home later on but the energy variance speaks for itself!
A few months ago, we experienced a decent roof leak. The damage leaked all the way down into one of our bedrooms and was soaking the carpet. When I called Elevate, James responded. Immediately, he showed sincere concern for our situation and offered to come see what he could do within the hour. He was very professional, polite and genuine in his communication. He handled my various questions without making me feel like a bother, and ensured that I understood the values of his work and the company in which he worked for. He even ensured that a representative of the company came back out same day, in the rain, to apply a solution to help stop the leak. Throughout all of the numerous conversations that followed, he's been a pleasure to work with. He has a wealth of knowledge that he’s willing to share if needed (which I truly appreciate). You don’t have to worry about getting taken advantage of when working with James! Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Brianna and her crew! After the recent ice storm, I discovered a leak in my roof as water was pouring into my game room as the ice was melting. I contacted Brianna and she responded immediately and had a team member at my home the very next day to assess the damage and provide a clear plan for the repair. Sales staff was professional and courteous and knowledgeable made the process of getting insurance to approve the roof seamless. And when it comes to the install of the roof, the crew showed up at 7 AM. Took a lunch break at 11 and started shingling at noon and they were done between 4:30 & 5:00. Highly recommend elevate roofing.
