After the previous storm, we discovered a tiny leak close to our warehouse HVAC system. When I phoned Little Rock Commercial Roofing, they arrived for the inspection 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Instead of merely providing me with a verbal price, the technician, Mike, took the time to show me pictures of the cracked bulb on his tablet.

Following last Tuesday's severe storm, we discovered a major leak in our warehouse. I contacted Little Rock Commercial Roofing, and they got someone out here by noon the next day. He discovered a puncture in our TPO membrane that two other businesses had missed. The repair was rapid, and he also checked our gutters while he was up there.

They did a good job repairing our commercial roof. The team was professional and did the job as promised. The roof looks fine, and the fix appears to be durable!!

During the rainy week, a leak in the flat roof of our building grew worse. They responded promptly to my call. Good experience working with a team that obviously knows everything there is to know about commercial roofing.

We are extremely pleased with the outcomes of our firm's recent decision to install a TPO roof. In addition to lowering our energy costs, the new roof has given our commercial building a more contemporary appearance.

Frequently Asked Questions

They service most flat and low-slope systems commonly used on commercial and industrial buildings. This includes TPO, EPDM, metal, built-up, and various elastomeric coating systems. The team can assess your roof and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.

A thorough inspection will look for membrane age, widespread seams failure, saturated insulation, and recurring leaks. If problems are isolated and the membrane is in fair condition, targeted repair or a coating may be enough. If moisture is trapped or the system is at end-of-life, replacement is typically more cost-effective.

Yes, commercial projects are planned to accommodate business hours and sensitive areas. Crews can stage materials strategically, manage noise where possible, and coordinate access to keep operations running. You’ll receive a clear schedule and point of contact throughout the project.

Routine maintenance helps catch small issues before they become leaks. Programs typically include semiannual inspections, debris removal, seam and penetration checks, and minor repairs. You’ll receive documented findings and prioritized recommendations.

If it is safe, contain interior water and protect sensitive equipment. Document the issue with photos and note where water is entering. Contact the roofer promptly to request an assessment; temporary measures such as tarping or targeted patching may be used until a permanent repair can be completed.
