Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars ( I would give a bonus star if I could ) John and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof over twelve years ago and not one problem . When they were out they were very professional and polite . They cleaned up beautifully , no scraps or nails found anywhere . ( they even addressed a problem issue not related to roofing I wasn't aware of , most would have ignored it , but they did the right thing )Fast forward to present day , I noticed some flashing lifted slightly on a vent , called John and he came right out and took care of me ( probably a busy time of year for him )I know when the time comes to replace my roof or recommend a roofing company to family or friends I will always recommend Accel Roofing , John really knows how to treat people.

John and his crew did an excellent job replacing the shingles on our roof. From the initial meeting with John to get a quote and his attention to detail and answering my questions in advance of starting the job… I was very impressed. We had ice dam issues around our skylight and John was able to explain the approach to properly address the issue. After starting the job John advised that the skylight had to be removed and properly sealed in order to address the problem. I was glad John was prepared to do this extra work and fix the problem correctly. In addition, John discovered that the upstairs bathroom vent was not connected correctly and he purchased new vent piping and connected it for us. In addition, the range hood vent was not installed with proper piping and John purchased the appropriate piping and connected it properly. Prior to addressing the matters above, John explained the issues fully to me and actually took me up on the roof to show me the problems. This attention to deal and fixing matters ignored by the previous roofer 20 years ago was greatly appreciated. The work was completed in 2 days. John’s crew worked diligently, were friendly to talk to when I had questions and did an excellent job cleaning up both days. A job well done. I would recommend Accell Roofing to anyone looking to have their shingles replaced.
I realize that sometimes these reviews are questionable but trust me, this one is totally legitimate. It was great working with John, as owner of Accell Roofing. He provided a detailed quote and gave a full explanation of the specifics of the job. He dropped by a few times before the job to plan his work. He was also on site each day to ensure best results. John's crew of 3 was fantastic. They paid a lot of attention to details and the results were excellent. I would be happy to speak to anyone to provide further details. If you are looking for a great owner and team then look no further. You will be happy if you deal with John who is a real people person and has so many years of experience to deliver a great service.
